1. Every class offered herein is governed by the rules and specifications set by the current USEF, USHJA and VHSA rules.

2. Proof of negative Coggins must be shown to the show secretary when picking up numbers.

3. Electronic pre-entries must be submitted by 5:00 am the day of the show.

4. While mounted all riders must wear approved helmets.

5. The show management reserves the right to refuse/decline entries before and/or during the show without liability for compensation.

6. Exhibitors are hereby notified that any act of discourtesy or disobedience to judges or show officials on the part of the owner, manager, rider, or groom shall be grounds to disqualify the horse, and all entry fees and prize money will be forfeited.

7. All entry blanks must be completed and signed.

8. The management is not liable for injury to person or horse at any time, which includes going to, coming from, and in the ring. Neither will it be responsible for vehicles or any article that may be lost or damaged.

9. All owners and exhibitors will be held responsible for any damages to show grounds and property.

10. Should any question or dispute arise that is not provided for in the foregoing rules, the same shall be submitted to the show management, whose decision will be final.

11. Returned checks will be assessed a $30 charge. Any requirement to bill for charges will be assessed a $25 charge.

12. Six ribbons in each class. Champion and Reserve Champion ribbons in each division unless otherwise indicated.

13. Points to count for division champion, reserve champion to be calculated 10, 6, 4, 2, 1, 1/2. VHSA points to be reported 5, 3, 2, 1.

14. Points for a champion or reserve for High Point Rider, Adult Amateur and Coach Awards are based on accrued points through the show series. Points to count: Champion (3 points), Reserve Champion (2 points). Entrants must list a trainer on the entry form at each show to acquire points. $750 trainer’s award paid: $500 to the high point trainer, $250 to the reserve.

15. Points awarded for classes will be multiplied by the number of entries in each class for year-end standings. I.E. 1st place (10 points) with 10 entries equals 200 points. High Point Rider, Adult Amateur and Coach champion and reserve points will be multiplied by the greatest class entries, I.E. Division champion (3) with highest class entries of the division, say 10, equals 30 point towards year-end.

16. NO DOGS allowed on the grounds.

17. Proper attire is recommended, as outlined by the governing rule books.

18. All classes $15 unless otherwise posted.

19. Each entry will be assessed a $20 grounds fee.

20. "Best Junior and Adult" awards to be determined by input throughout the season from the judges, show personnel, and general feedback from exhibitors and trainers.
